BWRT® Interventions
What is a BWRT® Intervention
Participants emerge with a greater sense of authority over their choices and behaviours, no longer reacting impulsively but rather consciously choosing their responses. Clients report feeling more optimistic, in control, and prepared to manage stress and challenges in their lives.
Our Interventions
- Applying cutting-edge neuropsychology techniques
- 1 session per week, or 1 every second week
- 2 x Psychologists
- 8 – 12 people per group is recommended
- Coaching and counselling are available to further support progress
- Pre-and post-surveys to measure impact, and allow for ongoing research and refinement

Brainworking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) is both a method for recovery and a mode for effective behavioural change.
Interventions are designed around desired outcomes and can be adapted to suit the behaviours we seek to change. Our approach is to create small but consistent changes over time, that build the foundation for new more effective responses.
