Klaus is a HPCSA registered Industrial Psychologist, ISCP Coaching Psychologist and BWRT Advanced Practitioner.

16 plus years in the field of Psychology, including extensive experience with individual, group, and organisation consulting in the areas of psychometric assessment, business ethics, counter-productive behaviour, trauma, group interventions, coaching, and career counselling.

His focus is on being effective in work and life.
In his spare time (which is never) he likes to be magnificent.

Gill is an HPCSA registered Industrial Psychologist, ISCP Coaching Psychologist, and Advanced BWRT Practitioner.

Over 18 years in the field of Psychology, including extensive experience with Psychometric Assessments, Coaching, Career Counselling and Personal Development.
Her focus rests on finding ways to be more of who we truly are, free from all possible constraints, expectations, habits, and patterns that limit us. If we live from this authentic place, we can be our fullest selves and live lives we don’t want to escape from.

Gill, in her spare time (which is a lot), can be found laughing at Klaus’ jokes.

Advances in Neuroscience and Psychology

BrainWorking Recursive Therapy

Historically behaviour change tended to rely on learning tools to better manage our thoughts, feelings, and actions.

 

Advances in neuropsychology have allowed us to target the most primitive parts of our brain, and work with our impulses. This means updating our instinctual reactions, which emerge prior to our thoughts and behaviours.

 

This approach has the power to create new possibilities, as we are no longer bound by our impulses, but get to choose how we want to respond.

What’s getting in the way?

Habits, outdated patterns & knee-jerk reactions

Our brains are wired to keep us safe and alive, with little regard for happiness and fulfilment, thus anything that presents a threat to our survival will set off an unconscious response. While seemingly protective, these reactions may not be effective. We can be unknowingly stuck in a limiting habitual response, and continue to apply the same strategy to solve all problems.

We believe that outdated patterns can be updated.
